Forvio processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR) as well as applicable laws governing the protection of personal data.
Forvio acts as both a data processor and a data controller under the GDPR.
Forvio acts as a data controller when it collects personal data and determines the purposes and means of processing that personal data. This occurs, for example, during on-boarding, marketing activities or when Forvio stores account information (e.g. email addresses provided during the account registration) for purposes such as account administration, service access, or provision of assistance and support services.
Forvio acts as a data processor when customers use the Application to process personal data in the content they upload to the Application. In such instances, the customer acts as a data controller, and Forvio acts as a data processor. When customers exclusively order Forvio services without accessing the Application, Forvio assumes the role of the data controller for all information provided by these customers.

Forvio DOES NOT share any personal data with third-party AI models, including those provided by external vendors or services. Additionally, Forvio does not process any personal data using AI models, whether third-party or internal.
Any data provided by users to build marketing mix models (MMM) and analytic dashboards, including data obtained via Google API connectors, IS NOT shared with any third-party tool or service, including AI models. All data analytics and AI processing are done internally by Forvio using proprietary models and engines to maintain full control and confidentiality of user data.
Forvio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When processing personal data, Forvio endeavors to minimize the transfer of such data outside the European Economic Area (the EEA). However, during the operation of the Application, Forvio engages global service providers who may transfer personal data outside the EEA. In these instances, Forvio ensures compliance with the GDPR conditions for such processing and carries out the transfer solely based on the presence of a European Commission adequacy decision in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR (for instance, the adequacy decision regarding the EU-US data protection framework) or relies on standard contractual clauses as per Article 46 (2) of the GDPR.
Throughout the operation of the Application, no automated decision-making including profiling occurs pursuant to Article 22 of the GDPR.
Forvio primarily processes personal data directly provided by its customers. Additionally, Forvio may acquire personal data from your device or browser if the data subject grants Forvio a consent for processing (e.g., analytical information regarding your visit to the website).
Without providing personal data, the customer would not be able to fully utilize the Application.
If Forvio processes your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@forvio.com or following the specified procedure in the consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Furthermore, you retain the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Forvio’s legitimate interests (e.g. for direct marketing purposes).
